Where does Lucky’s Exotic Bodega source its products?
We hunt the globe for the rarest snacks and sodas, primarily sourcing our inventory from Japan, Thailand, Korea, and various European countries to bring unique flavors directly to your door.
How do you ensure snacks don't arrive crushed or melted?
We use heavy-duty corrugated boxes and protective cushioning for all orders. For temperature-sensitive items like chocolate, we recommend selecting expedited shipping during summer months to maintain product integrity.
What is your policy on product expiration dates?
Many of our international products use a Year/Month/Day format. We guarantee that all items shipped have a minimum shelf life of 30 days unless explicitly stated in the 'Short-Dated' clearance section.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to serve exotic snack fans worldwide in the near future.
Can I return food items if I don't like the taste?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on consumable goods. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How long will it take for my snack box to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse in New York.
